New parents and infants (birth to crawling age) meet with trained facilitators to discuss topics of interest including infant development, feeding and sleeping, partner relationships, and adjusting to new roles as parents.

Topics covered include the stages of labor, breathing and relaxation techniques, anesthesia used in labor, variations in normal labor and birth, pushing techniques, what to expect after delivery, basic breastfeeding preparation, and some basic baby care. We recommend that you plan to complete this series before your 36th week of pregnancy.
